Information on deliveries

Deliveries in the Uk will be sent by special delivery, and costs 6.50

Deliveries to Europe will be sent by the royal mail airsure service and costs 10.00

International deliveries can be sent by either Royal mails international delivery, signed for service or Federal express, the prices vary. Please e-mail for further information.

Delivery

The jewellery is made to order and will take up to three weeks to make and to then send by insured post.

Deliveries, lost and delayed

Farah Qureshi will only be able to deal with a lost item 30 days after being dispatched, internationally and 20 days in the UK. However will not be held responsible for delayed or lost items. It is advisable that your item is delivered to your home address.

Packaging

The jewellery will be sent in a Farah Qureshi jewellery box and can be gift wrapped if requested.

Refunds/ Returns policy

Commissioned jewellery cannot be refunded unless faulty (for example thiis could be a commissioned wedding ring.) If you would like to return an item of jewellery please send back within 14 days of delivery in an unworn condition and in its original packaging and an exchange can be made.

If a piece of jewellery is faulty or to be returned please e-mail farah@farahqureshi.co.uk guidelines can be given on how to proceed with the return of the jewellery,

it is important when sending back an item to send it via a tracking service and to insure it for the value of the piece as Farah Qureshi cannot be held responsible for any items returned which are lost in transit. Delivery charges cannot be refunded, for the original order. International customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable outside of the European community.

Repairs

There is a repair service available for goods that are repairable. Faulty goods or goods that are damaged on arrival or which have a manufacturing fault can be repaired within a period of six months. Wear and tear will not be considered as a fault.

Please check the jewellery carefully when receiving the item.

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Please ensure when ordering a ring that the sizing is correct. If a ring requires resizing this will be subject to a charge.

Refunds can be made within 30 working days of receiving the original item and will be credited in the same manner as the payment was taken.
